I am dedicated to assisting you to identify achievable goals in accordance with your needs. My unique approach informs a work plan that is designed for your specific needs and accomplished through a relationship that is built on truth, transparency, mutual respect, and a strong sense of connection.
Specialization
With extensive experience in the mental health and human services field, I can confidently say that I truly enjoy working with children, youth, individuals, couples and families. Amongst others, I primarily work from a Strength-Based, Narrative, Solutioned Focused and Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) approach. My specialties include anxiety, depression, areas of abuse (emotional, psychological, physical, and sexual abuse), addictions, anger management, bereavement and loss, stress, relationships and trauma.

- I obtained my Social Services diploma from Sheridan college
- I also have a Bachelor of Social Work degree at Laurentian University
- I have a Master's of Social Worker Degree
